I edit this file with correct path, reconnect and the folders are no more displayed.

Its not in a trinity configs, its a XDG designation of Desktop folder. To
home in your case instead of home/Desktop. Look for .config/user-dirs.dirs,
if there is none there should be a system-wide config somewhere...
