I gave it a try back when TDE was part of the AntiX distribution. It was nice enough except for an incompatibility with my multiboot methodology, which keeps a single partition with many apps, scripts and more I install outside the package management system for mounting as /usr/local/. AntiX keeps much of its differentiation from straight Debian in /usr/local/ in directories of the same names I use instead of /opt/, so instead of trying to figure out a way to work around the shared directories problems I simply dropped the idea of using it at all. -- "Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom.
