It's been a while but I think the menu entries that are common are compile
time additions. If I recall correctly, that Lock Session gets its
functionality from:

/tde/main/tdebase/kicker/applets/lockout/lockout.cpp

I haven't located yet where exactly that gets pulled into the menu, but I
suspect a quick patch removing that entry would work. I'll look more tomorrow.
