Except the signature by proton mail, it does not contain any sign of
activity. I would expect a signature or something.

regarding artsd - it is part of libarts1c2a-trinity
there are few bugs logged for arts, but I suggest you look at configuration.
or you can look at .xsession-errors - perhaps you'll find something useful
to post here.
