libIexMath-2_1 and libIexMath-2_2 are different packages, not different versions
of the same package.

IIRC I may have solved the problem by enabling Packman for 42.2, 42.3, 15.0 and
Tumbleweed until after TDE was working, then disabling all the inappropriate
Packman repos. See also:
