If you place the first two files attached in: /etc/zypp/repos.d/ and then do: rpm --import http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/trinity/rpm/opensuse42.3/RPM-GPG-KEY-trinity as instructed at that Wiki URL, followed by: zypper ref you should have no trouble installing. The third file attached shows the trinity packages installed here, the output from: rpm -qa | grep rinit | sort -- "Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom. Whatever else you get, get wisdom."
