Hi Kai,

I think your question would be better suited to the trinity-devel.

You can look into tdelibs/CMakeLists.txt to a section labeled: ##### user 
requested options #####. Here you will find the option WITH_CUPS. When you 
set the option for your build, the value you specify will be used.
