trinitydesktop.org and bugs.pearsoncomputing.net unreachable from time to time

Hi,
I noticed that trinitydesktop.org and bugs.pearsoncomputing.net are
unreachable from time to time from my location in Austria.
What can I do to overcome this?

The traceroute is like this
