Hi Frederick,

good catch. Because I don't use docker to build official packages, I didn't 
care about this file. Therefore, the original address remained unnoticed.

Is there any reason to make your own build of PostgreSQL 9.6 package? Now 
the current TDE packages are built with the current version of PostgreSQL, 
which is part of the distribution. Therefore, it seems unnecessary to add 
your own build postgreSQL package.
