Same here on devuan daedalus, python-all was removed and mplayer is only available in testing - so mplayerthumbs-trinity
 is not installable.

Workaround for python_all:
Install "equivs", copy these lines to a file called "python-all" and build the dummy package with "equivs-build python-all", then install the dummy and be happy.

---8<------8<------8<---
Section: misc
Priority: optional
Standards-Version: 3.9.2
Package: python-all
Version: 2.7.18-2
Provides: python-all:any (= 2.7.18-2)
Description: dummy for python-all aka python2.7

Workaround for mplayer: Install it from "testing", everything will be fine again :)
