I'm running trinity on a 48 inch UHD at the same settings.
I had the same problem, everything was too small but I just manually changed 
all the fonts and as for firefox, I think you have to edit a file. I'm not at 
that computer so I don't have me notes. As soon as I can I'll email them.

What apps were you having problems resizing in trinity?
