Huh, strangely, I just checked if gsed was installed and I have it. I then 
tried to build pinentry-tqt again and.. Voila! It installed. I don't really 
know what I did differently, although now I am in base TDE instead of icewm. 

Last night I was so tired and frustrated with it that I finally gave up on 
trying to get some components to install and just tried to get into TDE full 
stop (It's still better than not being in it). Some things aren't installing 
that did on my first round of FreeBSD, such as tdegraphics. Once it gets to 
kghostview it gives a bunch of deprecated warnings and stops. It feels like 
some kind of new error arises every time I try to install all of the FBSD 
ports.
