Hi David,

I don't know if you've noticed the information that here is a plan to 
release the final TDE R14.0.8 at the end of April. If it's not a problem 
for you, you can adjust your plan accordingly.

In any case, Devuan Beowulf should be the same as Debian Buster, for which 
there are official TDE R14.0.7 packages. So yes the current stable R14.0.7 
should work with Beowulf. It is possible to update the wiki page.
