No, not at all. IMO bugzilla should be moved to readonly as soon as possible (there must be only be one bugtracker). It's just that on the devuan mailinglist the question of a good DE came up and the wiki with the installation instructions is not accessible from firefox - which is a bit of a problem for new users.
