For that one it is worth doing:
	while (condition)
		continue;

I've also managed to write:
	while (...) {
		....
	} while (...);

And if anyone thing code should be laid out as:
	do
	{
		...
	}
	while (...);
Show them:
		...
	}
	while (.......................................................
	{
		...
and ask them what it is supposed to be.
