With e06fd3154941 I still see the iscsit_cause_connection_reinstatement + core_tmr_lun_reset deadlock. On the initiator side, it appears that it's the iSCSITMF.LUNResetSimpleAsync test which triggers the bug - MultipathIO.Reset is just the red flag in this case because it blocks waiting for the TMF response.
