Hello Nic,
The build time of LIO can be reduced significantly by rearranging
#include directives. This patch series realizes that. Compared to
version two two additional patches have been added: one for the tcm_user
driver and another one for the cxgit driver.
I have received a confirmation e-mail that these patches pass the build
bot tests.
It would be appreciated if you would consider this patch series for
inclusion in the upstream kernel.
