Report Target Port Groups Command issue

When debugging an issue with Report Target Port Groups
command(target_core_alua.c, function
target_emulate_report_target_port_group()), I noticed it reports 4
bytes less in the payload.
Any suggestions?

Maybe it should count 4 bytes more (for the header) if it is "extended
header format"? i.e.
if(ext_hr!=0) rd_len+=4;

Thanks.
