Woah it's Saturday, and you're at it :) Yes I just took a quick look and it's fine.

Sheng, I think the last things we need to do for this support is add a feature flag in tcmu_mailbox.flags to tell userspace that out-of-order completion is allowed, and also update Documentation/target/tcmu-design.txt about the flag, and maybe briefly discuss how to use it (stealing the next cmd_entry and changing cmd_id)
