There's nothing.  The whole nacl flags are a giant mess with tons
of methods in the fabrics drivers for no reason at all.  Drivers randomly 
set them to true or false without much explanation, except for iscsi and
qla2xxx which additionally let users tweak them from configfs, again
without any good explanation..
