This is the third version of the patch series that makes task management
function (TMF) handling synchronous. The changes compared to v2 of this
patch series are as follows (all previous comments should have been
addressed):
- Replaced the wait_event_interruptible_lock_irq() loop by a single
wait_event_lock_irq() call.
- Added a comment above the new kref_get_unless_zero() calls.
- Combined the two patches that touch transport_check_aborted_status()
into a single patch.
- Inlined function transport_check_aborted_status().
- Added a patch that removes kref_put_spinlock_irqsave().
