I don't believe so.  My understanding is that QLogic FCoE CNAs require
an FCoE-capable switch to handle the FC fabric services.  They don't
support VN2VN ("BB6"), which is required for back-to-back FCoE.

To make the QLogic CNA work as an initiator or a target you'll need a
switch in the middle - search the web for "FCF switch" for more
information.
