My client (CentOS 7) doesn't have the service open-iscsi.  It runs iscsi
and iscsid.

I modified iscsid.conf but what puzzles me is that even if I enter the
wrong credentials (or nothing at all), the target still allows me to
connect, mount, and operate the disk.
