Thanks for reporting.  For targetcli ignoring TYPE_TAPE devices for
PSCSI export, please go ahead and add a bug here:

Unfortunately, the original bug above was not resolved.

I think this should be a pretty simple fix, but haven't got back to
making mhvtl TYPE_TAPE emulation work on recent upstream code to debug
this issue.

Do you happen to have your kernel OOPs backtrace handy..?
