[RFC/PATCH 0/2] TCMU version 2

Hi Nick, Christoph, Ilias, and everyone,

Here is a stab at revising TCMU to handle bidi, as well as defining
how userspace should handle future tcmu_opcode additions.

Christoph you suggested maybe a CONFIG option or change.. not sure what
would be best -- something like the second patch???
