The log shows a number of active sessions failing + receiving
RDMA_CM_EVENT_TIMEWAIT_EXIT (CMA event 15), and subsequent login
attempts performing session reinstatement hitting the target side
timeout, and eventually receiving RDMA_CM_EVENT_REJECTED (CMA event 8).

This would tend to indicate some manner of network connectivity issue.

Can you share a bit more info about the networking setup..?  Eg: What
mode the ConnectX-3 cards are configured in, along with FW versions,
etc.
