We still set the size to a fixed NULLIO_SIZE of 1T

Hey Andy,
rtslib-fb already has support for nullio via a "nullio" boolean param
to RDMCPStorageObject, which I think is a little cleaner and allows
flexible nullio volume size. I'd encourage Datera rtslib to also adopt
a similar approach.
I thought there is a better way to do it, just needed a quick set and
wanted someone to show me how to do it better.
I wasn't aware of rtslib-fb. I'll just use that one instead.
Thanks!
Sagi.
