BUG Report : 3.14.0-rc6+

Hi Nab,

I see a bug when running on the iSCSI target ( Datera Inc. iSCSI Target
v4.1.0). 
At this moment I do not know what part of our code is causing it.  I am
looking
into it.  Please Let me know if you need more info.
