today I tried to reproduce it, but was unable to. :-( I checked out your
master and merged for-next in. I installed 24 ESX servers and presented
two demo mode LUNs over 4 portals. In addition each ESX server had access
two 3 mapped LUNs using an ACL over two portals. I deployed 48 VMs
concurrently and than used update manager to upgrade the ESX servers 6
at a time while deploying another VM. After all ESX servers were
upgraded I shutdown and started the VMs concurrently. I'll use the
target in my next course and see if I hit another error. But I assume
that this one is really hard to reproduce. I keep you posted if I find
something.
