Hi Nick, I've been working on some (I assume) uncontroversial macro removal patches as well as the login_only thing. Since some of them will conflict with the login_only patch, maybe you'd like to just apply them all now. Also, #4 is another binary/src shrink we can do. Testing: compiled, booted, and configfs-poked-at. IMO they're low-risk.
