Compiled and booted only. How do I test this? 'sg_luns' needs a
device the initiator can see, but virt_lun0 is only used when no
devices are exported, right?
Testing followup:
My colleague pointed out the scsi midlayer sends a REPORT LUNS to lun 0
after iscsi login, so I've tested it and verified with Wireshark that
everything's still looking good in this area.
