Start targetcli from .bashrc

Hello,

I would like to start targetcli automatically when I log in.

So I added 'sudo targetcli' in .bashrc.

The results are a hit and miss. There are times where it logs in
successfully but other times it complains about an EOFerror during
cPickle load or that .targetcli already exists.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
Amit
