Apologies, must have been looking at the wrong top level version here..

For some reason was thinking the upcoming Debian stable was using v3.1,
but they are in fact using v3.2.15 now..  CC'ing other distro folks here
just as a heads up for any v3.1 distro builds want to pick this up.
