To partially answer my question:
I will use TCM / LIO as the target. And will use the backported code
for my 2.6.34 kernel.

However I still could not find lio-utils, the link at kernel.git is
still not alive, is there a backup git tree for it somewhere else?

Thanks a lot,
Xianghua
