Well, it makes removing PYX_TRANSPORT_ stuff easier for what i'm working
on easier in lio-core.git, but i'll go ahead and drop this from
target-pending.git if you don't think it should go into mainline right
now.

Btw, I did also just notice that target_scsi3_emulate_pr_in() and
target_scsi3_emulate_pr_out() are missing breaks in their respective
switch statements in patch #5..  Fixing this up now.
