Nasty one.  With your patch se_queue_obj basically is gone
from the target code, except for the libfc target.  It would be nice
to kill that use off as well.

The FC usage is pretty odd to start with, it uses a separate thread
for command, just to offload them to the core thread using
transport_generic_handle_cdb a little later.  It seems like it
really should call transport_generic_new_cmd directly from it's
thread.

Kiran, any chance you could look into that?
