None of my multiple-device ZFS systems experience this problem. These
two are single-device, but there are also other single-device systems
that don't experience this problem.

The issue that Lennart linked to appears to be the solution, but it's
not important enough for me to ask for it to backported into the
Debian Bullseye systemd packages.
