Hi, I'm running an Archlinux system which recently experienced a power outage, and now I am unable to boot into the system. Specifically, the systemd-user-sessions service is failing with the following messages:

```
systemd-user-sessions.service: Failed to create cgroup /system.slice/systemd-user-sessions.service: No such file or directory
systemd-user-sessions.service: Failed at step CGROUP spawning /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-user-sessions: No such file or directory
Subject: process /usr/lib/systemd-user-sessions could not be executed
Defined-By: systemd
Support: https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/systemd-devel
The process /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-user-sessions could not be executed and failed.
The error number returned by this process is ERRNO.
systemd-user-sessions.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=219/CGROUP
Subject: Unit process exited
Defined-By: systemd
Support: https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/systemd-devel
An ExecStart= process belonging to unit systemd-user-sessions.service has exited.
The process' exit code is 'exited' and its exit status is 219.
```

Would appreciate any help in diagnosing and fixing this, including perhaps instructions on how to "reinstall systemd" to repair any corrupted files if that might be the issue? I tried `pacman -S systemd` to force a reinstall of that package, but the error persists.

Thanks,
Nebu
