Probably resolved.conf(5) requires a notice regarding ".local" suffix and root routing domain

resolved.conf(5) says the following:

"Note that by default lookups for domains with the ".local" suffix are not
routed to DNS servers, unless the domain is specified explicitly as routing
or search domain for the DNS server and interface."

So it is not clear whether root routing domain ("~.") matches ".local" or
does not.

I have discovered that setting "Domains" to "~." makes
"MulticastDNS=resolve" fully useless for ".local" resolution via mDNS.

I believe it would save a lot of time for users if man page noticed that
root routing domain affects synthetic domain names too. =)
