Recommended way to enable IPForward for a system using networkd?

It's a sysctl, so just set it through /etc/sysctl.d:

net.ipv4.conf.all.forwarding = 1
net.ipv6.conf.all.forwarding = 1

(For IPv4 it is both a global *and* per-interface setting, for some reason.)
