The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31, in Room 760, the STB's hearing room, on the 7th Floor of the agency's headquarters in the Mercury Building, 1925 K Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The STB scheduled the January 31 hearing in a Decision in the proceeding entitled Simplified Standards for Rail Rate Cases, STB Ex Parte No. 646 (Sub-No. 1)( http://www.stb.dot.gov/decisions/readingroom.nsf/WebDecisionID/37624?OpenDocument ) , issued today, Tuesday, December 19, 2006.
