Surface Transportation Board Chairman Roger Nober today announced that the
oral argument in the proceeding entitled Government of the Territory of
Guam v. Sea-Land Service, Inc., American President Lines, Ltd., and Matson
Navigation Company, Inc., STB Docket No. WCC-101, which was originally
scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2004, has been postponed.


The STB postponed the oral argument in a decision issued to the public
yesterday, November 3, 2004, in Docket No. WCC-101.  That decision is
available for viewing and downloading via the agency's Web site at
http://www.stb.dot.gov.  A printed copy of the Board's decision also is
