That commit isn't in mainline, so...

(a) we have no idea what change you're talking about
(b) stable policy is not to include commits which aren't already in
    mainline or backports thereof.

Also, what this means is that the commit hasn't been reviewed by any of
the upstream kernel maintainers, and thus is unsuitable for inclusion in
any -stable trees.

Sorry.

The proper process here is: get the fix reviewed in the normal way by
posting it to relevant mailing lists, then get it merged into mainline,
and _then_ we can consider including it into a stable tree.
