This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled target/pscsi: Don't leak scsi_host if hba is VIRTUAL_HOST to the 4.0-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: target-pscsi-don-t-leak-scsi_host-if-hba-is-virtual_host.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.0 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. >From 5a7125c64def3b21f8147eca8b54949a60963942 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Andy Grover <agrover@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 22 May 2015 14:07:44 -0700 Subject: target/pscsi: Don't leak scsi_host if hba is VIRTUAL_HOST From: Andy Grover <agrover@xxxxxxxxxx> commit 5a7125c64def3b21f8147eca8b54949a60963942 upstream. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1025672 We need to put() the reference to the scsi host that we got in pscsi_configure_device(). In VIRTUAL_HOST mode it is associated with the dev_virt, not the hba_virt.
