FAILED: patch "[PATCH] usb: dwc2: hcd: use new USB_RESUME_TIMEOUT" failed to apply to 3.19-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.19-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Make sure we're using the new macro, so our
resume signaling will always pass certification.
