Please add commit 97534127 ("mm/hugetlb: use pmd_page() in
follow_huge_pmd()") to the v3.12 stable branch, in order to fix the
regression that was introduced to v3.12 stable by commit 61f77eda9bbf
("mm/hugetlb: reduce arch dependent code around follow_huge_*").
