We blindly reconfigure everything to be non-secure, so unless you solely rely on services that do not interact with devices, it is absolutely dead. Anyway, can you try the hack below? it works on my own rk3399, but I don't have anything on the secure side. Please also try it by passing "irqchip.gicv3_pseudo_nmi=1" on the command-line.
