I'm announcing the release of the 6.6.71 kernel. It's only needed if you could not properly build 6.6.70 as there is a configuration that is pretty common that would fail to build properly. That is now resolved. If you did not have a problem building 6.6.70, no need to upgrade at this point in time. The updated 6.6.y git tree can be found at: git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git linux-6.6.y and can be browsed at the normal kernel.org git web browser: https://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git;a=summary thanks, greg k-h ------------ Makefile | 2 +- arch/x86/kernel/Makefile | 4 ++-- arch/x86/kernel/cpu/mshyperv.c | 10 ++-------- arch/x86/kernel/kexec-bzimage64.c | 4 ---- arch/x86/kernel/kvm.c | 4 ++-- arch/x86/kernel/machine_kexec_64.c | 3 --- arch/x86/kernel/reboot.c | 4 ++-- arch/x86/kernel/setup.c | 2 +- arch/x86/kernel/smp.c | 2 +- arch/x86/xen/enlighten_hvm.c | 4 ---- arch/x86/xen/mmu_pv.c | 2 +- 11 files changed, 12 insertions(+), 29 deletions(-) Greg Kroah-Hartman (3): Revert "x86/hyperv: Fix hv tsc page based sched_clock for hibernation" Revert "x86, crash: wrap crash dumping code into crash related ifdefs" Linux 6.6.71 Naman Jain (1): x86/hyperv: Fix hv tsc page based sched_clock for hibernation
