If this is a fix, then I think it's fixing commit 2eadc33f40d4
("typec: tcpm: Add core support for sink side PPS"). That's where the
pd_revision was changed to 3.0.

Badhri, could you take a look at this (and how about that
maintainer role? :-) ).
