FAILED: patch "[PATCH] KVM: nVMX: Disable unrestricted mode if ept=0" failed to apply to 3.14-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.14-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Subject: [PATCH] KVM: nVMX: Disable unrestricted mode if ept=0

If L0 has disabled EPT, don't advertise unrestricted
mode at all since it depends on EPT to run real mode code.
